i am trying to browse through their website, but can't really understand it, I spoke with them and she said that i will need put in my policy number, ive searched everywhere and i cant see where i have to type it in. can anybody help?

What are you trying to access? Or what are you trying to do, such as renew a policy?

its the child care club they told me to put in my policy number but cant see where have to put it

The childcare club I think is open to everyone as the pages are not secure.

Are you perhaps meaning the EYFS Training Guide? That requires that a policy number is entered to access it.
