I am registered on there and they take full details of your registration.
Obviously you must still use your own judgement, make sure you see insurances and certificates etc.

The company who I work for uses emergencychildcare.co.uk as a benefit for their employees as we get reduced rates if they want to book nannies, childminders, nurseries or holiday camps. I've only ever used them for the holiday camps during the school holidays for my children and found emergencychildcare service very helpful. The holiday camps are places which I would have booked my children with anyway - so I would have already made my own decision in that respect.

In short to answer your question, in my experience, as a booking service they seem to be fine.

Yes, I thought they were fine, the only thing is if you use them for temporary nannies it may be cheaper to register direct with an agency, which is what we have now done - used the same temp nanny on several occassions now.
