Do you pay double for Sundays?

I have a mother's help who comes in the evenings. She is a local student and does domestic work rather than nanny work.
I am thinking of asking her to help with my daughter's birthday party, but am not sure what to say to pay her.

Should I offer her double time do you think?

Time and a half...I would have thought. TBH if she is a student she may not be expecting more than usual and will prob be delighted with time and a half (as a student I used to work sundays for standard rate).
