am desperate for a new aupair!

my aupair is leaving, and she has been AMAZING i am terrified at the prospect of finding a new one, dont think ill find one as good with my daughter... anyone have any advice of where i should go looking??

Do you want to recruit one in the Uk already or from overseas? Assuming you'll be doing the looking yourself:
