Have you been to the playgroup in the church by morrisons there are normally plenty of CMs there?
Or try the sure start centers, there are 2 in Acton one on the Uxbridge rd and one on the estate behind the baths and to the right a bit. Both are pretty good to cms

eatfruit · 21/04/2010 20:19

Be brave... everyone had to go there for the first time so everyone understands its a bit nerve wracking.

Have you joined the Ealing135 group? www.ealing135.org.uk
It used to be about £15 a year and you get bi monthly newsletters (more like books) through the post that list all the under 5 activities in ealing/ Acton/ Hanwell etc playgroups/ music/ parks/ playcenters/ open houses and they organise bigger one off activities. Its also a great place to advertise (free) any vacancies you have.
WELL worth the money and a real lifesave for me when I started out.

eatfruit · 22/04/2010 08:36

no I havent heard about that but will check it out now. thanks.
