Yes and parental permission and I would also tell the car insurance company exactly what it is you are doing, that it is you who is the registered childminder but not your partner.

i have parental permission but out current insurance company dont do buisness insurance and i just paid for me as a learner to be insured so need to move companies, but will inform them fully of the situation, i dont think i can get buisness insurance as a learner driver, but will be booking my test tomorrow!!
