I have really great facilities, a glowing Ofsted report (I have spare copies!) and my present families are over the moon with the care I provide.
I am sure they wouldn't mind writing a reference.
Been childminding for 3 years now and before that I was an Infant Teacher in a local school.
Just need some more work . . .
