When will all childminders need NVQ 3?

I have seen various reports about Ofsted and NCMA wanted childminders to have NVQ3 to carry on minding. Does anyone know anymore about this please?

Check the CWDC.
I think that the requirement is 2015 now

nope, it's just 'a' level 3 qual, so dhc will be fine BALD
