Apart from all the usual paperwork RA's, SEF if you can be bovverd, policys, proceedures, eyfs etc .....

I always double check ID, ask inspector to sign in, go through general housekeeping stuff, like this is the bog if you need to use it, if you want hot drink kitchen in their, but I only allow cold stuff near kids, this is the fire exit, wer'e not doing a drill (unless of course you are) so if the alarm sounds please make your way here etc. Also nice to introduce to the mindees and I explain to the younger ones that Inspector has come to watch us play, if older I tell them before hand that I'm being inspected and negotiate suitable bribes for good behaviour ask them to make inspector feel welcome.

If there's something you're planning to do, but you just haven't had time to get round to it, tell her. She will see that you are planning ahead and looking for improvement.
