2 hours in the morning for a two year old? I'm thinking that a full mornings fees should apply as I know that I won't get anything to fit around those hours? also wanting four hours in early afternoon which I will charge half day fees for. What would you charge?

Hi Henni do you mean 2 year old would be in two hours, go somewhere else, then back for 4 hours?

If so would charge for the full time including hours not with me, as couldnt let that space, so in effect child is taking a full day space.

sorry shoshe, I wasn't very clear, it's two hours two mornings a week and then two afternoons on two other days.

Ahh would do it in sessions then, you couldnt fill either the mornings or afternoons,

Mind you I wouldnt take at all, only because, there are not enough CM's here, and most want full time or 5 mornings/afternoons, so in my case it would pay me to do some mornings some afternoons.

Thanks shoshe that is what I thought. I have to take it if they choose me as children are like hens teeth around as there are far more minders than children. I have been around just not posting as much as I've had lots to deal with - mainly whether it was finacially viable to continue minding as mindees dwindled from being very full to having just one part timer. I even got to the stage of finding a minder for my two youngest incase I had to go back into the workforce
