ohhh thanks for thinking of me BALD she was due to come on Friday as the other dates have passed but (tada!) she rang me today (at 7.40pm!) and cancelled.

So I basically made her pick one day and she is coming on Wednesday morning -fingers crossed!

last inspection was Jan 2007 - am I right to have expected reinspection Jan 2010??

I was due January 2009 and she didnt turn up till September!
