a nannyshare is when familys share a nanny

a nanny can only look after 2 familys in one day but more throughout week

ie mon family a and b
tue b and c
wed a and c
thur just family a
fri just family b

etc etc

or 2 familys share whole week with one family

cost is meant to be cheaper as although the hourly rate is more say £14 gross instead of £12gross, each family pays £7 each - thus saving £5gross ph

costs are just rough guide

One advantage of a nanny is that the nanny comes to your home, so you don't need to get your children dressed in the morning and take them somewhere. With a nannyshare, one of the families in that share will lose that advantage, as they will need to take their children to the home of the other family.

Not always - I work as a nanny in a share and I collect whichever child is going to the other ones house that week (we alternate weekly). I dress them there as well, initially in their own clothes, but we realised as they are the same age/size they just wear each others that week!
