CM CLUB - What are we required to provide when a mindee leaves us?

I haven't had a mindee leave since the EYFS, do I have to give my diaries, obs, photos etc to the parents or do I keep them? Is there anything else I should know, thanks

I have one leaving next week, i plan to give the parents: Scrap book, EYFS folder and the diaries plus a little easter egg for the mindee.

I phoned my local Children's Information Service because I wasn't sure and they said to give the folders etc. to parent. I also photocopied quite a lot to keep myself for future reference.

I also wrote them a short letter saying I was giving them all the bits and could they just sign for them? Then I signed and dated, photocopied and I kept the original.
