ha ha Thebody..you do that, i will be cracking open my new bottle of dry martini at 5.30 myself LOL!...Thankyou BALD ...my cm coordintaor just rang and first thing she said was "well if she gave you no actions at all why didnt she give you a complete outstanding"!???...gee thanks love, well done and all that! haha...i wish id asked but TBH am happy with what i got .x

AtWork..No she was adorable, older lady, old school and although still scrupulously looking through paperwork, she chatted with me and the girls, asked questions about what i do, but it was all very relaxed and informal..i was actually her last inspection ever...so wondered if i should have been cheeky and asked for full outstanding LOL.x

Yeah just worked out 2 and 1/4 hours!...same time as when she did friend cm's!.x

PMSL HSMM, Yep rosiegirl...breathe a sigh of relief for a while now LOL..thanks girls...am working out why i didnt get outstanding in all areas, i have a ll my paperwork in place, but 'some' of it (new obs sheets, ages in stages forms) are all new, maybe i should have more of them/more info, so am thinking if i had more of these filled in id have got it?...i can email them all over if anyone wants them to get them done in advance if you havent already got them!.x

Did you get no suggestions at all on what to change/improve? Maybe she will put them in her written report.

thanks girls, no Navy it was my second, ive been doing this 4 years in november.
She said there were no actions to point out, she did suggest that instead of writing x on my register (just something i mark down for my ref) that i write x,y,z instead to make it clearer in an emergency..but that wasnt an action she said ..i didnt get any last time either so am pleased with that.x
