Hi all
A friend has asked if I can offer her advice on childcare specifically childminders in Stafford, I use a nursery and do not know many people who use a childminder.

Does anyone have any positive (or negative) feedback about any childminders in the stafford area please?!?!

Thanks in advance

Hi

I am a childminder from Stafford.

I don't have any places until September but will help you if I can. Which part of town is your friend from?

Hi there,

I use a childminder a few miles out of Stafford who has been absolutely wonderful but the distance from town would probably make it inconvenient for your friend. Have you tried the Family Information Service? - it willhave details of childminders in your area, and can help with other options too:

www.staffordshire.gov.uk/education/childcare/families/

(Not sure if I've entered that link right - if not, it's easy to find on google).

I am over the other side of town - Weeping Cross area. I must say I can't think of anyone over that end of town but will ask around. Is she working in the town centre, she could look for a childminder near her place of work.

I used to use a childminder called Mo (Maureen) who lived near garden street which is near town...she was fantastic. dont have her number but she should be on childcarelink.gov.uk
