she sounded lovely but as im not working hardly next week she said shed leave me a few weeks as she was only looking for local ones for next week..phew...am working through policies and got some lovely new files for the childrens summaries and obs, been told to double check first aid and focus on planning, next steps etc...BUt i need to know what else theyre looking for so i can be prepared!!..any help muchly appreciated 8-).x
