Creative ideas for 3x under 5's?!

I am a new childminder that minds 3 under 5's I had ideas of things to do with the children but its very difficult to get them to do an activity.

I have 1x 3 year old that is quite happy to sit and do an activity but the 18 month old is only interested in demolishing her efforts and can lead to arguements.

Does anyone have any tips on how I might do some activities with 6 month old, 18 month old and 3 year old.

Thanks

First thought would be 6 month old can watch / play with toy linked to activity, 18m in booster seat/hc away from 3yo and they can both do the activity to their level.

'painting' with yoghurt i.e. a bit on 6 month old's highchair tray, some on a tray or plastic plates for older ones to move around with their fingers, perhaps two different colours to mix, or fruit to put into, or add other things such as a toy tea set etc to do pretend cooking.
