Hello and how are you all? Keeping well I hope. I don't pop in so much anymore, because I hardly recognise any names and those that I do are on my FB anyway!

Anyway, I need your help!

I'm not happy with the accident form we fill in at school. It's a generic one, which we use for staff too and I don't think it does the right thing for students.

I though I had an NCMA accident book kicking around that I could take bits from, but I think I may have given it to EllenorsMum when I had my big clear out. The one I used is in the loft somewhere and I can't be arsed to go up there!

Has anyone got their own stylee one that they would be willing to copy a page to me of, or give me a rough layout of what is on yours?

Could have done, but my brain is not in full working order this week!

We've had 2 snow related green stick fractures and 2 ambulances called yesterday for non-snow related injuries!

I am not of sound mind anymore! I was sure I was employed as a Cover Manager, not a first aider!
