we are in a deep muddle to get childcare right. we have 2 kids and number 3 is underway, so far nurseries have helped tremendously but we now need a childminder or nanny in the south east london area. Is there anyone that has good tips or wants to do a 'nanny-share'? All tips much welcomed as its very urgent and we have been looking for a while! Many thanks
