Just a quikki as all asleep. Its my birthday today and my usual policy is to remind dh and 2 dss constantly for a few days prior, to ensure some goodies.

New policy was not to mention it, all forgot of course so I woke up today singing 'its my birthday' total shocked silence. so many apologies and brownie points its great.

Going out to dinner tonight and dh has gone out to buy me a present.. 10 out of 10 for manipulation.

it was my birthday in december and nobody remembered for 3 days not mum, dad, sister nobody even phoned to see how my niece was and still nobody remembered
