toys and activities?

I saw someone had mentioned that an Otsted inspector had picked up that there wasn't a RA for using torn paper and wondered if there should be one for toys?

i.e. DS has sticklebricks with small pieces that wouldn't be suitable for the 5 month old, so should I RA?

I was quite confident about the inspection and the more I think about things the more worried I get.

More an over view on toys are only used for suitable ages/stages of the individual child

Fab thanks, its obv too long since I looked at my RAs as I do have that cover-all phrase there.

Think I might add a page somewhere for ongoing RAs for activities, so if I was doing an unusual activity then I could have a record that I'd RA's it (if that makes sense).
