It's going to be minus 7 here at 9am tomorrow, according to Met Office. 2 parents have already missed one morning as the couldn't get in cos of the snow but they are going to try and come in tomorrow (I think).

I really really don't think they should be driving in; would I be barmy to offer them a refund, another morning care or offer to go their house?

I used to nanny for them as a nanny share so they are well used to me being at theirs. I would walk to theirs, they can't really walk here as both have 8 week olds!

Am I being soft? Should I just let them decide?

Well remember if you go to theirs your insurance won't be valid (unless you nanny ins is still valid)

I still have valid nanny insurance as I still babysit and nanny on weekends sometimes.
