Does anyone have any idea where I can find a small simple booklet that explains EYFS? The only thing I can find is this but it's quite out of date!

Hi I just typed something up myself. It is just an A4 page to put at the beginning of the childrens learning journal explaining about EYFS. If you want I can share.

the Cbeebies website has recently revamped its stuff so that it ties into the 6 EYFS areas of development. They have included on the site a good simplified explanation of the EYFS which makes for quick and easy reading and, with a bit of tweaking would form the basis of a useful overview for parents who really do not want a detailed explanation. You can find it here www.bbc.co.uk/cbeebies/grownups/about/areasoflearning_print.shtml
sorry can't do links!
