Im just thinking about what to get my bosses for xmas and i was thinking of a framed picture of the children!
If your nanny gave this would you be happy with it?

I think that that is a great idea but if you are looking for an alternative, a basket of potted hyacinths would also go down extremely well with me

Would be lovely - especially if its a photo of the kids doing something they do with my nanny rather than with us...

I am giving my boss a 3 frame pic frame with hand/foot prints in plus a photo of dc and also a small gift of smellies and a pashmina.

Lifeinagoldfishbowl - thats a lovely idea, i would do that but im off work due to a broken leg!
Im missing the kids loads!

My boss already gets 20-30 photos of the children on outings with me, so I'm having difficulties in deciding what to get my Mum&Dad Boss.
