Occasional nanny/babysitter needed in SW London - Welsh speaker?

My DS only speaks Welsh, but from time to time I'm at my DH's house in London. I occasionally need a babysitter (will do in the run up to Christmas) and sometimes a daytime cm/nanny would be useful. DS is 18 months.
Anybody?
