CWDC: Early Years Audit Tool may be useful in helping record what training staff members have, or are working towards.
It does not seem to cope with qualifications/training courses which it does not have in it's database... so things like OCN Common Core, OCN Maternity Practitioner, the old Preschool Playgroups Association courses.
May be useful if you have several staff. I think the more staff you have the more useful this would be.
