I have never been inspected but they kept the pressure on me for few months now and still nothing happened and I'm so stressed..I'm ready just want to get over with it..Is it so bad to ask that ? It sounds so stressful for you especially as its your first inspection, I would say that if they don't turn up on Friday by 12 call them and insist on an inspection asap. 1 1/2 yrs is far too long to wait and it's probably against some policy or other.

Try not to worry about it, easier said than done I know, but I've had quite a few now and have yet too meet a horned beast .

Have you got what you need sorted? Can we help with anything?

Summerfruit · 11/11/2009 20:22

I'm sorted thank you for offering ! I'm completely stressed out but you know what I'm talking about do you ? Its just the fact that every month since march I got phone calls saying that they were coming...3 weeks ago, a " real" inspector called and said she will come between 9.30 and 12...so everyday, I have waited and nothing when I could have taking the children out...I dont know do I have the right attitude towars all of that ? I'm so stressed.

They did this to me at my last inspection, started in May and they eventually came in September!

She was however understanding and asked for my full routine and said she would time her visit around my routine. We got back from toddlers one day and there she was sitting in the driveway. I of course immediately abandoned the children to make lunch!

Summerfruit · 12/11/2009 09:45

She said she will come between 9.30 and 12 as I have the dds to take to school/playgroup and then pick up the small one. Its almost 9.45. Will she come ? If its not today, will be tomorrow (and I'm not even sure) and tomorrow is my birthday...Nice way of spending the day

I would also put in an official complaint as that is just not fair to be messed about like that. If it was me I go out every morning to toddler groups and only work on 3 days so there is no way I would be prepared to wait in for that length of time.

Due my second inspection in June 09 still waiting.....
