What sort of help do I need?

OK, so I'm a SAHM. I've got three children, two DDs (15&11) and a DS (8), and I'm expecting twins in March.
DH said that if I wanted any sort of help at the end of the pregnancy and when they're born then I should employ somebody.
I guess what I'll need is somebody to do the school runs, and take and pick up from school. I would also want somebody who could cook the occassional meal if the DC have their friends round. I'd also want help around the house, as my current cleaner is retiring in Feb.
I think I'd only want help for the first six months, and then I'd be OK, but obviously this might change.
I don't think I'd want the help to be live-in, but we could accommodate that, if necessary.
So, what sort of help do I want, and is this available in one person, or do I want a couple of people to do different jobs? Sorry, I'm a bit clueless!
TIA!

sounds like you need a mothers help

or maybe a newly qualifed nanny wanting first nanny job/experience tho many want sole charge

also depends on your budget

Maybe a Postnatal Doula - Mammy Doula says: "A postnatal doula specialises in the care of you, the mother, the household and siblings; offering help with the baby when needed. She is there to empower you to be the mother that you want to be."
Don't think that a postnatal doula would usually live in... so you would not need to provide accommodation. Also I think they may be more flexible in number of hours they work - so perhaps you may find someone who could do quite a lot initially following birth of the DTs and over time drop the hours if necessary.

As time progresses you may then switch to having home help services such as Cleaner, Ironing collection/delivery. So doing childcare yourself but having other people to help with the household domestic stuff.
