Rate of pay for childminder

Hello lovely mums, Going back to work mornings in Dec, need childminder for 4 hours every week day. How much is a fair rate of pay? We're on the south coast.

In SE I pay 45£/day for 10 hour day.

i charge £4.00 an hour for full time and part time but some cm charge a different rate for part time.
