London ZOne 2 - Nanny salary

Have looked at various surveys for nanny pay rates and they always say London Central and Outer London so am not sure what Zone 2 counts as.

So how much do you pay a part time nanny per hour gross? Can anyone in simialr location let me know?

At least £10 gross I would think.

I'm 20 with 4 years exp and get 11 net ph. Hope this helps

I think super is on the top end of the scale - I'm 22 with 6 years exp but not qualified and generally ask for/get £9 net ph in central. It all depends.
