If you do not mind me asking, how much do you charge for:
Overnights
Babysitting
Proxy Parenting

I am redoing my contract and want to find out what everyone else is charging so I can fix mine accordingly (I'm in SW London btw).
Thanks

Babysitting- £6 per hour (but thats cheap compared to others round here...is mostly £8 per hour) but if its the kids i NANNY then its £9 per hour as stated in my contract, the parents came up with this price.

Overnights- normal prices for awake time (normally about an extra hour though-tidying and breakfast etc) and about £50 for asleep time. again prety standered where i am

Proxy- about £150 per 24 hours (thas about average apparently)

Im in north london btw

over nights I charge my normal babysitting rate (£10ph) till midnight then a £30 sleepover fee till 7am - so normally is £80 A NIGHT 7pm - 7am

babysitting £10ph and have minimum of 4hrs and a 24hr cancellation fee

pp - £200 per 24hrs

nightnannying for small babies, i charge £12ph every hour - normally do 10hrs 9pm-7am so £120

I am NNEB qualified, with 18 years sole charge experience and excellent references and always get work, (often have to turn it down as busy) so guess I am not charging too much iyswim

Babysitting - £8 per hour

Overnights - £8 til midnight, £30 midnight - 6 am fee, hourly again from 6am onwards (so 7-7 would be £78)

Proxy parenting - £150 / 24 hours

I'm in South London but do most jobs in West London.

I am in east midlands and charge £10-£15 an hr for babysitting depending where it is (ie how near it is to me).

overnight is from £12 an hr for night nannying and from £80 a night for 7pm-7am for children who sleep through.

proxy parenting is £200 per 24hrs, again can be more if live far away or have a young baby who wakes throughout the night

Thanks one and all. I am pretty much charging what everyone else is then.
