I've got stained glass window, making landscapes but I came across something and now can't find it - but you basically use glue on the non sticky side to make window stick ons? Any ideas?

use at ohp paper, spread with glue, the stick on glitter tissue paper e.t.c and then more glue on top, to seal it. when its dry you can peel it off, and stick on the window any thing like that, but without having to seal it
