1 of my LO have given notice today & I still have untaken holiday which I need to charge for, how would I do this, pro rata for only the months he's been with me or the amount of holidays for a whole year?

I dont think you can charge for holidays untaken. A friend of mine was asked to pay for holidays untaken, and legal advice stated that she was not liable to pay. could be wrong though.

How do you bill them? If you have factored costs over the year you will have to do an adjustment either payback or they owe you. But I wouldn't charge for holidays I hadn't taken.

can you charge them for holidays you haven't taken when assuming you refill their place you will effectively be charging it again?
