Inclusion / Equal opps policy - Sure it has been done before, CMs!!!

Sorry for raising a matter that has no doubt been dealt with before.

I was recently assessed for the EYPS award, and my assessor asked me where my Equal Opps policy was. I pointed out that I had an Inclusion policy and as far as I was aware, under the EYFS, Equal Opps is now known as Inclusion.

I was far too flustered to check and at the moment, just far too lazy to get out my Stat Requirements so I thought I would ask all of you instead!!!

So, was I mistaken or do I need to email Kingston to let the Assessor know she was off course?

thanks!
