How much is a nanny in warwickshire?

Am looking at going back to work after ds2.

Couldn't afford a nanny in london for 1 child but i'm thinking it might be more affordable up here, espcislly with 2 of them.

Once out of London I feel that nanny salaries tend to be much the same around the UK. Starting at £7 gross an hour for someone straight out of college, to £12 gross an hour for someone very experienced.

If you search the NannyJob Jobs Database that may give some indication of salaries in the area.

Thanks Nannynick. Childminders seem to be about £3.50 an hour plus food etc so a nanny might not work out much more for 2 preschoolers.

Ideally would like a nannyshare so will try to see if any one wants to double up
