CM Club: Worried about DH working - what should I do?

DH has been poorly - it's fairly serious but we don't know what the future holds

In September I am quite busy - so what do I do

a) hang fire & see how he is?
b) try to recruit a temp to tide me over in September?
c) grit my teeth & employ a new member of staff?

It's very hard to know how he will be in 2.5 months

Morning Katy.

It is hard to make these sort of decisions
Your DH has been unwell now for a while, I would say b or c so he can have a rest but can lend a hand if he feels up to it to cover hols/sickness, also you have your own DD that he can spend some time with.

Good luck with making your decision.

Sorry to hear about your DH.
Can the doctors give you any sort of timescale?
Do you have any ex staff who could step in should you need it?
I hope he improves.

Tricky isn't it

Anyway today 2 parents got notified of redundancy....so we may not be that bad in September

I think a temp is the way to go tbh
