Advice needed on drafting a contract for our new nanny

We are employing a sole charge nanny for the first time. She is coming round on Friday to sign a contract but first I need to draft one! Does anyone have any advice on where I might find proforma contracts online that I can copy and tweak - otherwise I have no idea where to start.
