CM Club:How frustrating, I have had an enquiry but they haven't left a telephone number

They rang t his morning & I was out

& they rang & left a message asking me to call them but with no number

I don't know what to do

The calls were all number withheld

So I can't even tell her that I can't ring her (IYSWIM)

Well if they're that disorganised it may not be a bad thing! Hopefully they will realise and call back.

I just worry they will think I am rude as I didn't ring back

You can't do anything about it. If they do ring back and they say "I called and left a message but you didn't call back" then you can say that you couldn't call back as they didn't leave a number.

But I still feel bad

I had this happen on fri with a family wanting a night nanny for 3wk old twins and she didnt leave a number and as my mobile was off number was retained in phone so couldnt call back.

Anyway she emailed me yesterday so emailed her back explaining I did get her message however she didnt leave a contact number so hence why I didnt ring her back.

just waiting to heat back from her now.
