I am currently full though havnt got any mindee under 1 at the moment.

One of my parents has asked me to have her 5 year old ( sibling)
for the summer holidays. I do school pick ups and drop offs for him and would like to help her out,and the money would be nice..

but would I be allowed by Ofsted.. any ideas?
My own children are older and dont count in numbers,
Also would I have to do bloody obs on him??

thanks in advance of advice..

you wouldnt have to do observations and i'm 60% sure that a 5 year old counts as an over 5. a 12mo counts as over 1 year, so you can have a 6mo and a 12mo, if that makes sence, so i would assume the same thing for 5yo
