Desperately seeking mother's help, Dubai from September 09

With 2 children (6 and 4) and a third on the way in October (whilst trying to work from home!) I'm desperately seeking help! Can anyone recommend how to find an Aussie/NZ or English mother's help? Done loads of internet searches and all I seem to come up with is the main London agencies. HELP!

You could try advertising on here too - there's a thread for mums looking for childcare. I know a lot more nannies read mumsnet than post!

Of course! Stupidly I forgot to mention that we are in Dubai...so yes, I'd be looking for someone to come out and live with us as a mother's help.
