do childminders charge for

could someone let let me know if childminders charge for bank holidays please

the way it always qworked when i was a childminder and for the childminder that i pay now is that as many have already said on her, if the minded child is on holiday/sick then full rate is to be apid, but if the childminder is on holiday/sick then no pay. but if a mutually agreeable arrangement was made e.g holidays the same week, bank holidays off if the parent didn't have to work them then the childminder would get paid half rate, but if the parent needed the childminder to work on the bank holiday then the pay rate was time and half!
