CM CLUB - Tesco Vouchers - someone mentioned childminders can use these????

Someone mentioned on another thread that we can register for these and then get equipment for the children. If this is correct, anyone know how you go about it?

yes yes yes!!! and sainsburys!

hurry and register. you will have to call them because the online system does not allow childminders to reg online.

i have about 1000 Sains vouchers!

sainsburys too!! i've been collecting tesco but i tried to register for sainsbury but it wouldnt let me. hmm might try now.
you can bank tescos vouchers tho so yo ucan collect more next year and add them to the ones you collected this year (which is what i will be doing)

I tried to register for sainsburys last year too and they wouldnt let me either!
They told me i could only register if i was a school....which im not!
Will try again though, maybe they have changed it to include childminders now.
I have been collecting Tesco vouchers for the last 3 years since seeing a letter in Who Minds? telling other childminders that we can collect these.
For big things obviously you do need a LOT of vouchers but each time we have managed to collect between 1200-2000 vouchers and have got some great things...v-tech smart book and 3 extra books to go with it, lots of art things...coloured paper and card, paint etc, rainbow river stones.
You will be surprised how many vouchers you collect once eople know you are collecting! Just make sure you tell everyone!!
Also the children love bringing in the vouchers and putting them in the box, then at the end of the scheme looking through the catalogue to choose what to spend them on!

my network has given us the number to ring. in the middle of cleaning house (and popping into MN at the mo) so will check number later and post it here.

CHILDMINDERS CAN REGISTER AND IF YOU ARE TOLD YOU CANNOT THEN TRY TRY TRY AGAIN!!!! if you are told you cannot, that person is talking out of their bottom
