Can you recommend a post-natal doula/mother's help, N. London?

Will need someone later this year to cook family meals, help with older siblings and generally prevent the house from degenerating into a bombsite on a daily basis. Can you recommend someone who was a "lifesaver" in the postnatal period?

where in North London and when would you like them to begin?

Have you tried Doula UK or Nurturing birth?

Thanks Paula. I'm in Islington, due in Sept. Was hoping to get some personal recommendations to help pare down the lists provided on these websites.

I'm in herts so only really know the Herts doulas.

I can ask if any of them would be willing if you like?

Do you know what days and hours you're looking for?
