Hi all,

Let's see if I can get my second ad a bit more accurate .

We are a young family with two lovely boys one aged 7 and one of 4 months.
I'm returning to work after maternity leave soon and am looking for a live-out 'Mothers Help' for two days a week preferably Monday and Tuesdays. I use this term loosely as we won't require any housework or cooking done with the exception of my youngest's lunch.
I will be out to work in the mornings until around 1pm, (my office is literally 5 mins away so can be home straight away if needed) and will work from home in the afternoons. We're an easy-going family and as long as the kids are happy so are we.

We are looking for the following;
At least 2 years experience including caring for a baby
Excellent English
Non-Smoker

Hours will be from 8.15am-5.30pm Monday-Thursday (punctuality& flexibility a must)
Salary £70 gross per week (may be negotiable) for a 2 day week + 4 weeks paid holiday a year
At least 2 contactable references required

Please contact Carina on

hattenhall @ yahoo . co .uk (without the spaces)

I'd just like to point out that legally you are required to pay national minimum wage for a live out job (live in is exempt from this)

18.5 hours per week for £70 gross is only £3.78 per hour.

Rates are;

16-17 year old - £3.53 per hour

18-20 year old - £4.77 per hour

21 year old + - £5.73 per hour

Or did you mean £70 gross per day

You also need to offer 11.2 days holiday per year - which is the equivalent of 5.6 weeks.

You can check this here

Hope this is some help and good luck with your search.

Hi nbee84 that's a great help thank you. Made the mistake of taking some bits from other ads! This whole process is a mine field. It actually looks like I'm going to be working the whole day from home now so will need to change the ad AGAIN!! Thanks again for your help.
To anyone who is interested in this job (please don't let my apparant scattieness put you off) please contact me for rates etc and ignore the above 70.
