Oh my, this is even more stressful than having no mindees

Have had 5 sets of parents wanting care or additional care, obviously nursery and school places have just been allocated and the world and his wife want September places, cant beleive I have struggled for ages and now have so many asking. How do you decide who to chose

Choose the children who will be easy to mind! Nice children with easy going parents.

At this rate I am in danger of losing them all because I am dithering so much. I am tryng to chose who will fit together better, i.e ages and proximity and which nursery they will go to, its really hard.

First of all work out who wants the most hours

Then look at which one fit together well

Then minimised school/nursery runs

Then look at personalities

Try not to choose all mindees of the same age as they are all likely to leave you at the same time. This is happening to me in July and August. I will go from being bursting at the seams to rattling about with only two part time mindees.
