Hi I know some childminders on here have gone to court for unpaid childminding fees. Have any of you enforced the judgement and how much extra did it cost? Do they have the ccj even if you don't enforce it? Thanks

I thought as long as it went in your favour it was 'enforced' so to speak and it would appear whenever someone did a credit check on them?

I think the tricky part is ALWAYS actually getting paid. Baillifs??? I could be talking nonsense now, but my friend won in the county court against a plasterer...and he never paid in the end and I presume didn't give a monkey's about the CCJ.

I have never had a problem with payment (tocuh wood), but know others who have, and of three only one got their monies going through the courts
