CM CLUB Can any of you help me write a sleeping child policy please?

Hi I am updating my policies and realise I don't have one for sleeping children. Do any of you have one and if so could you give me some tips please

i've just got where they will sleep, that the sheets will be clean/diffrent for each child, how often i'll check on them and that i'll have a baby monitor on me at all times whilst they are sleeping.
i think thats about it. i'm sorry i would copy and paste it stright in here but its saved on the computer and i'm on the lap top.
