Hope everyone else has a good day too

Of course the down side is that I don't earn enough to pay tax......but there you go

Only 2 5yo today so hopefully a quiet day (if they get on today)

DD is off on a sculpture course

hi katy,
i came in here after more advice, was wondering if you could help. my 5mo mindee started chocking on wnhat i assume was flem, she stopped breathing long enough to turn blue and after a few taps on the back and flem coming up, started breathing again. i played it down to parents, told them all the important details, they were already planning on taking her to the doc's this afternoon because of the flem, runny nose ichy eyes and coughing. i phoned them and mentioned she had breathing problems because of the flem they picked her up early and have gone off to the doc's.
doi i write up a incedent report for this, i have all the NCMA documents so wich form would i fill in? shes the 5th child but her mum is very pfb with her and i dont want her to panic and stress, so do i get her to sign it? do i write it in detail? do i play it down like i did for mum?

ohh, didnt mean it to be this long sorry, just ment to be a quick question!

Tricky

I guess write the details about choking & patting her back but leave out the blue bit?

Maybe use struggling to breathe and breathing more easily rather than stopped & started

Remember while you were 'IN' the incident time will have stood still it may have been a much shorter time than you remember (iyswim)
