What sort of things should I put in a reference for someone who wants to be a CM?

My lovely ex-nanny has asked me for a reference so she can become a childminder. I am sure she will be a great childminder. Is there anything I should take care to stress in her reference (assuming I can do that and tell the truth,of course!)?

how long you've known her
in what capacity you have known her
how she is with children
what her attitude towards children and childcare is
would you take her on again as a nanny or cm
any notable qualities she has
