Hello! I would appreciate it if you could let me know what you are paying someone in nanny/housekeeper/cleaner role in London. The person who currently works for me has no formal qualifications, but is probably the best nanny I have ever had, extremely flexible and helpful attitude, works very hard. One school-age child to look after. I need to review her pay (currently £12/hour gross)and would like to know what others are paying for similar positions or what you would regard as appropriate pay.
